CFA will use the job description and personal specification provided to create an advertisement. CFA use a variety of ways to source candidates including an extensive database search, social media, word of mouth, recommendations and networking. 


Collation of candidates 

CFA manage all applications and take responsibility for any calls or queries. 


Short listing of candidates 

CFA will conduct in-depth interviews (telephone or face to face where appropriate) to ascertain experience, suitability and screen candidates for you. A final short list of suitable candidates will be presented to you for your consideration.  


Interviews and Employment Offers 

Following the short listing, CFA will arrange interviews between yourself and your preferred candidates, make the employment offer and manage the feedback process, including negotiating employment offers.
